Positive: So much to like about this resort! Service is a 10+!! It is right on the beach which is a highlight for walking and enjoying breathtaking sunsets! The staff were exceptional, the restaurants food was amazing, and we loved seeing the sloth on the grounds, and the scarlett mccaws fly overhead daily. Exceptionally clean, this resort has a wonderfully warm vibe amongst all who were staying here. We were spoiled by our 2 bedroom condo unit!!
Negative: Its unfortunate that this beautiful resort is right beside a busy road where big trucks travel and have to use their air brakes coming down the hill and it's sporadically loud throughout the day and night, On weekends only, it can get busy with the locals enjoying the lawn between the resort and the beach, playing loud music as well.

Positive: Beachfront, great pool and restaurant. Excellent staff, and condo was beautiful.
Negative: Noise from the road and public park on beach side. Everyday outdoor music bit loud and the same genre.

Positive: We loved everything about our stay! The location was perfect; on the south end of Jaco and an easy drive to visit Manuel Antonio National Park. Our two bed/two bath condo on the beach was wonderful. The condo was clean and furnished beautifully. The free breakfast was so good and and the lunch and dinner menus had great variety. We ate all of our meals there and the four of us enjoyed every dish. The best part about Club del Mar was the friendly, helpful staff. From reception, to management, to the pool bar and the restaurant everyone made us feel welcome and pampered. The restaurant servers were the best. We didn't want to leave! Negative: I can't think of anything we didn't like about our stay!
